Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3–6 business days before shipment.
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $6.99.
Orders of $59.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Expedited shipping is available for $16.99.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at chicviberas@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
Lost or Delivery Issues
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members, your front desk, mailroom, or local carrier.
