We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Chicviberas. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
What Are The Conditions For Return & Exchange?
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your items.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
What Items Are Non-Returnable?
- Special orders or custom items (ex: a graphic tee ordered in graphic other than the one shown in the mock-up photo)
- Seasonal/retiring graphic tees or items
- Swimwear or undergarments (bras/bralettes, bodysuits, etc)
- Shoes/footwear items - Bath products, skincare, etc.
- Hair accessories - Earrings/jewelry
- Sales/clearance items - Mystery tees, Mystery Boxes, Grab Bags, etc.
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN TRYING ON CLOTHES, MAKE SURE NOT TO DAMAGE OR STAIN THEM. IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE OUR CRITERIA IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
How Do I Return?
- Initiate a return: Please email us at chicviberas@gmail.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
- Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
- Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Are There Any Fees For Returns?
Our crop shirts and tees are made from 100% high-quality cotton and use heat transfer printing technology. We will cover the return shipping costs only if the clothing items have the following issues:
- The fabric has visible holes (not caused by cutting).
- There are obvious, non-removable stains (not caused during shipping).
- The incorrect size was sent (please carefully refer to our size chart before placing your order, as all items are made according to the size chart).
- The wrong product was sent.
CHICVIBERAS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELIVERY PROBLEMS DUE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
How Soon Will I Get My Refunds?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.

If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at chicviberas@gmail.com.
Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
