Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Customers must contact us at chicviberas@gmail.com before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

For returns due to sizing, personal preference, change of mind, or other non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size due to our error, ChicVibeEras will cover the return shipping cost and provide an appropriate refund or replacement.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
